Suénate la nariz para vaciar los senos nasales lo más posible. Agita el envase de aerosol nasal varias veces. Quita la tapa de la punta del aerosol nasal.
Coloca la punta del aerosol nasal en una fosa nasal. Presiona en el envase para aplicar una rociada de spray en tu fosa nasal. Respira por la nariz.
Coloca la punta del envase del aerosol nasal en la otra fosa nasal. Presiona en el envase para aplicar una rociada de spray en tu fosa nasal.
Respira por la nariz. Limpia la punta del envase del aerosol nasal. Vuelve a colocar la tapa en el envase.
