Este ejercicio está explicado para su tobillo derecho. Cambie de lado para realizar el ejercicio con su tobillo izquierdo.

  1. Ate una banda elástica o un tubo de goma para ejercicios a la pata de una mesa. Amarre el otro extremo a su pie derecho.

  2. Párese alejado de la mesa de modo tal que la banda elástica o el tubo de goma queden tensos.

  3. Apunte su pie derecho firmemente hacia la izquierda, jalando de la banda elástica o el tubo de goma. Mantenga durante cinco segundos.

  4. Relaje el pie y devuélvalo a la posición recta. Repita este ejercicio 10 veces.

  5. Haga este ejercicio tres veces al día, o según le indiquen.
