Estiramiento pectoral con puerta (flexibilidad)

  1. Párese frente a una puerta abierta. Levante cada brazo hacia los lados y dóblelos en un ángulo de 90 grados con las palmas hacia adelante. Apoye las palmas en el marco de la puerta. Si duele demasiado, intente bajar un poco los codos.

  2. Despacio, dé un paso hacia adelante con un solo pie. Sienta el estiramiento en los hombros y en el pecho. Manténgase erguido y no se incline hacia delante.

  3. Mantenga esta posición durante 15 segundos o según le hayan indicado. Dé un paso hacia atrás y relájese.

  4. Repita el ejercicio tres veces o según le hayan indicado.
