  1. Recuéstese boca arriba sobre una cama, cerca del borde. Deje que el antebrazo derecho y la mano cuelguen de la cama relajados, con la palma hacia arriba. Solamente la parte superior del brazo debe permanecer en la cama.

  2. Con suavidad, estire el brazo por completo hasta que sienta un estiramiento en el codo. Deje la mano relajada.

  3. Mantenga esta posición entre 30 y 60 segundos o según le hayan indicado. Luego, relaje el brazo.

  4. Repita esto dos veces.

  5. Haga este ejercicio 3 veces por día o según le hayan indicado.
