Abducción de hombro (fuerza)

  1. Párese recto, con los pies apenas separados, y sostenga una mancuerna en cada mano. Su proveedor de atención médica le dirá qué tamaño de mancuerna debe usar. Deje los brazos a los lados del cuerpo.

  2. Lentamente lleve los brazos hacia arriba y hacia los lados hasta que las mancuernas estén al mismo nivel que sus hombros. Luego, baje lentamente los brazos hasta la posición inicial. Repita cinco veces.

  3. Haga este ejercicio tres veces al día, o según le indiquen.

Consejo de seguridad: Controle el movimiento para no subir las pesas rápidamente con un envión. Tampoco las suba más allá del nivel de sus hombros.
