  1. Párese frente a una pared a 2 o 3 pies de distancia. Dé un paso hacia la pared con el pie derecho.

  2. Coloque las dos palmas de las manos en la pared. Flexione ambas rodillas e inclínese hacia delante. Mantenga los dos talones en el piso.

  3. Sostenga durante 30 a 60 segundos. Luego, relaje ambas piernas. Repita el ejercicio 2 veces.

  4. Cambie de pierna y repita.

  5. Haga este ejercicio 3 veces por día o según le hayan indicado.
