  1. Párese derecho. Levante cada brazo hasta el costado, doblado en ángulos de 90 grados con las palmas hacia adelante. Esto también se puede realizar con las manos a los costados, con las palmas hacia el muslo o hacia adelante.

  2. Apriete los hombros hacia atrás, asegurándose de no encoger los hombros al mismo tiempo, empujando los omóplatos hasta que se junten. Mantenga esa posición durante 5 segundos o según se le indique.

  3. Relájese. Repita el ejercicio de 5 veces o según se le indique.
