SPM: Registro de sus síntomas

Registre sus síntomas del síndrome premenstrual (SPM) para comprender mejor cuándo pueden aparecer. Clasifique la gravedad de cada síntoma de “máxima” a “ninguna”. Registre cualquier otro síntoma en las filas en blanco. En la parte superior del cuadro, ponga un círculo alrededor de los días que tiene la regla, para ayudar a identificar las semanas de su ciclo.
