Abducción de cadera (fuerza)

Choose a preferred language
  1. Recuéstese sobre su lado derecho en el piso con las piernas rectas.

  2. Levante la pierna izquierda entre 6 y 8 pulgadas (entre 15 y 20 cm). Mantenga las piernas alineadas con la cadera. No gire la cadera. Mantenga la posición durante 5 segundos y luego baje la pierna.

  3. Repita el ejercicio 10 veces, o según le hayan indicado.

  4. Cambie de pierna y repita.

 Desafíese

Coloque una banda elástica o un elástico tubular alrededor de ambos tobillos. Con el tobillo de abajo, sostenga la banda contra el piso. Suba y baje la pierna de arriba en forma lenta y constante.
