Estiramiento del músculo flexor de la cadera (flexibilidad)

  1. Arrodíllese en el suelo sobre una colchoneta o alfombra. Avance con el pie derecho y apóyelo en el suelo frente a usted, con la rodilla flexionada. Tómese de una silla si la necesita para mantener el equilibrio.

  2. Presione con las caderas hacia adelante, manteniendo su espalda y hombros derechos. Sienta el estiramiento en el frente del lado izquierdo de la cadera.

  3. Mantenga la posición entre 30 y 60 segundos. Relájese.

  4. Repita esto entre 2 y 3 veces. Cambie de lado. 

  5. Repita 3 veces por día o según le hayan indicado.
