  1. Siéntese en el suelo con la pierna derecha estirada frente a usted. Flexione la rodilla izquierda y apoye el pie izquierdo en el suelo.

  2. Coloque una toalla enrollada debajo del muslo derecho, justo arriba de la rodilla. Relaje la pierna.

  3. Estire la pierna derecha levantando el pie del suelo. Mantenga la posición por 5 segundos. Luego, relájese.

  4. Repita el movimiento de elevación 10 veces.

  5. Cambie de pierna y repita.
