Paso a Paso: Cómo Usar Muletas Con Paso Exacto (Soportando Peso)

Coloca la punta de las muletas en el piso a una distancia de un pie enfrente de ti.
Da un paso con el pie lesionado hacia adelante entre tus muletas. Inclínate hacia adelante y pon peso en las dos muletas y la pierna lesionada.
