Reach out and get the support you need to help you deal with both the physical andemotional challenges living with a chronic illness can bring.And because a chronic illness touches many different parts of your life, you may find you need the support of severalpeople, from different areas of your life. Make sure you talk to them about the challenges you face so they can be a source of support instead of a“bad influence”.In addition to family and friends, community support groups can be a great source of support.
