It will not help your condition to feel bad for yourself, blame yourself, or even denythat you have it. Allow yourself to accept that this is now part of your life and move on to managing it in a positiveway so you can limit how it affects your life every day and for the long-term.Learn all you can about your disease. As an active self-manager, you do not have to learn everything a doctor orresearcher knows about your illness.
